The house was built in the early 1900's and was originally part of a farm. It is located in between Loudeac and Pontivy and is 2 hours from the port at St Malo or 1 hour 15 mins from Dinard airport. Car hire is available at both.

Four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. There is also a cot. Shower room with wash basin and toilet.

There is use of the garden with a patio table, chairs and a barbeque.

There is a wood and stream nearby and the villages of St. Gonnery and Hemonstoir are 2 kilometres away.
