A pretty village with shops, bakers, bar, creperie, church, lake and tennis courts. Petrol and relais station with pool tables.

Outside the village is Thereza's, an excellent restaurant.

Loudeac

Modern town with good shops and supermarkets. Indoor swimming pool, parks and lakes, riding school, etc

Pontivy

Once the capital of Brittany with lots of shops and supermarkets. There is a Chateau, canals, sports activities, outdoor pool and tourist centre.

A short distance away there are the lakes of Guerledan which provide safe bathing, sandy areas, water sports and boat trips. The Blavet Valley is a short drive away and is of particular interest.

The area appeals to artists, walkers, bird watchers, families with children or those looking for a relaxing holiday.

Carnac - costal village with mysterious standing stones.

Moncontour - a mediaeval town which hosts a yearly pagaent.
